Delivery Policy

We gladly accepts orders from all around the world. Shipping rates and fees may vary according to your delivery address.

Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always paid by the recipient/buyer.

Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order (Sunday-Thursday), subject to stock availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival – please bare this is mind, and provide a delivery address that will have someone present to sign for your items.

We regret that we are unable to send to P.O. Box addresses. Zunash reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice and to delay dispatch of items until the customer has confirmed correct postal address. The customer takes full responsibility for consequences of providing incorrect information. Zunash is not responsible for issuing refunds or sending replacements.

Customs & Import Duties

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Zunash ships your package DDU, ‘duties and taxes unpaid’, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Zunash does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Zunash is responsible for the error.

Return Policy

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Zunash, however, occasionally you may need to return an item or want to cancel your order in process. If so this should be done within two days via email or phone.

Please also note that items must be returned in a condition appropriate for having been checked normally by customers – more or less the same as if you had tried the items on in a store – and that they must still have the original tags on them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to demand compensation for items returned in poor condition due to additional usage. The costs of return will borne by customer.

Packaging your Returns

Make sure to properly package the merchandise you are returning. Merchandise must be in exact original packaging with all tags attached. Damaged retail packaging will result in denial of return. Please re-use the original materials to properly package your merchandise and to help reduce waste.

Product Descriptions attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
